If it is working, have you updated Windows Live Mail with the new password?) Yes I have been in Talk Talk Webmail repeadedly since none access to my Live mail and spent several hours yesterday attempting to change my passwords on the Talk talk site. In answer to: When your Tiscali email account was in the process of being upgraded to the new TalkTalk Mail platform there was advice in the advance emails to check and update your password reset details / change your password and provide an alternate email address and a mobile 'phone number so that you would have ways of receiving a password reset.) Unfortunately, I never received anything advising me this and as I go through my spam folder before deleting anything, this just did not happen.
